Seeing opportunities to do better ultimately led him to start his own company, committed to raising the standard through quality, honesty, communication, and care.

With more than 30 years of window experience in the home improvement sales industry, he has built a reputation as both a top performer and a trusted mentor. As a well-known sales trainer and coach, he is passionate about developing talent and helping others succeed. Tom is also very involved in the marketing efforts and ideas of the company.

Laneha is part of the Siena Shield team who handles all the permit submissions and approvals. Laneha is the owner of Phase 1 Permitting and has 10+ years experience in the permitting and construction industry.Â
